REMINDER: Mandatory 2012 Housing Tax Credit and HOME program Application Trainings |
This is a reminder that several training sessions for the 2012 Housing Tax Credit and HOME program applications have been scheduled. Please view the detailed schedule of trainings below and register here.
HOME Program Applicants:
A member of the Applicant Organization must attend the training. The application will require that the name of the person who participated in the training be provided. A consultant to the Applicant Organization is welcome to attend, but their participation will not count as representing the Applicant Organization in the Application Training requirement.
Please see the schedule below for the specific meeting dates for each type of Home Program applicant.

Housing Tax Credit Applicants:
Four housing tax credit developer meetings are scheduled in December. Attendance at one of the meetings is mandatory for developers planning to submit an application for 2012 Housing Tax Credits. Please note that each session is limited to 25 attendees.
- Monday, December 12: 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 14: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, December 14: 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Thursday, December 15: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
